Rhodonna Ferguson, MSW, LSW

Rhodonna Ferguson is Master Level Clinician at Caring Health Center with nearly 30 years of experience in social work. She earned a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut with an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health. As a previous crisis clinician and counselor at Behavioral Health crisis team and stabilization units in Springfield, she has a wealth of experience in working with individuals and families with untreated substance misuse and mental health disorders.

Rhodonna has worked to reconcile and provide treatment and aid for individuals, children and families struggling with substance misuse, mental health disorders, domestic violence, sexual abuse, chronic neglect and physical abuse at the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. She began her service with DCF as a caseworker. She was later promoted to supervisor and ultimately elevated as an area program manager.

 In addition to her work in social service and mental health, she is an active Board of Trustees for Living Water Global Ministries, a faith-based organization devoted to its members. She also served a Board of Trustee for Mission Church Ministries and on the advisory boards, for Elms College in Chicopee.
