Telehealth Services

Get Better From Home With Telehealth.

Caring Health Center now offers telehealth for current patients through phone or video appointments.

It’s never been easier to get access to the advanced care provided by Caring Health Center providers. Now you can “see the doctor” from the convenience of your home, schedule appointments, and take advantage of a growing list of services that bring CHC to you!

What is a telehealth visit?

Telehealth allows you to connect with your provider using phone or video, instead of coming into the office. Our providers can diagnose and treat many adult and pediatric medical conditions, and prescribe medications, using phone or video. Cold and flu, allergies, upper respiratory infections, chronic disease management, mental health concerns, medication management, and nutrition counseling are among the many conditions for which you can be diagnosed and prescribed medication (if necessary), via phone or video visits.

You will receive the same quality care you would get in our office, from the comfort of your home. We also offer translation services with interpreters who speak your choice of language upon request.

There are two ways that you can talk to your provider:

1. Phone Visit: You’ll talk to your provider on the telephone.
2. Video Visit: You’ll talk to your provider using the audio and video on your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
