Caring Health Center respects the health information rights for our patients and has partnered with Provider1st to securely provide medical records and x-ray imaging copies to patients, guardian/legal representatives or 3rd party requestors with HIPAA authorization.

If you are a patient and would like your medical records instantaneously, please log into the patient portal and download your records.
