Health insurance helps keep you and your family healthy. Our Enrollment Navigators are trained and certified to help Massachusetts residents apply for benefits through the Massachusetts Health Connector, ConnectorCare, MassHealth, and Health Safety Net.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a Federal program that helps you purchase healthy food. Our Enrollment Navigators work with the Department of Transitional Assistance to help Massachusetts residents apply for SNAP benefits.

We Can Help You:
  • Apply or recertify your SNAP benefits.
  • Understand how to use your SNAP benefits to purchase healthy food, including the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP).

  • We welcome all clients regardless of race, ethnicity, culture, language, immigration status, age, income, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Interpreting and translation services are available in all languages from trained Medical Interpreters, including in-person, telephone, and video.
  • You do not need to be a patient at Caring Health Center to receive assistance from our Enrollment Navigators. However, if you are looking to become a health center patient, our team is happy to assist you in registering as a new patient.

  • Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
  • Services are available at our 1049 Main Street and 532 Sumner Avenue sites.
  • Telephone and video visits are also available.
