At CHC, adult and pediatric patients of the Refugee Health Assessment program will have the opportunity to be given access to an array of essential health services including:
  • Primary Care Services
  • Dental Services
  • Behavioral Health Screenings
  • Laboratory testing Immunizations
  • Health education
  • Information on community resources
  • School health entry forms

CHC’s Refugee Health Assessment program removes financial and administrative barriers that prevent newly arrived refugees from receiving early medical and diagnostic services. Refugee patients receive linkages to health care services and other needed resources, such as housing, food and transportation.
