Biography
Gwendolyn P. Mauceri, PharmD, is a licensed pharmacist in Connecticut and Massachusetts who is dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through personalized medication management and compassionate care. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western New England University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and has experience across community pharmacy, long-term care, ambulatory care, managed care, and institutional pharmacy settings.
Her approach centers on improving health outcomes through education, preventive care, and strong partnerships with patients and healthcare providers.
Before joining Caring Health Center, she served as a Pharmacy Manager for Rite Aid, where she led a busy community pharmacy, managed and mentored pharmacy staff, and coordinated successful immunization clinics for patients of all ages. She consistently achieved high performance in medication therapy management and helped improve medication adherence within her patient population.
