Biography
Kera A. Monts, DNP, FNP-BC, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to adults and children. She has practiced in primary care, cardiology, behavioral health and substance use, and critical care, giving her a broad perspective on the health needs of patients across the lifespan.
Kera earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Nurse Practitioner Studies from Elms College in Chicopee and is committed to educating patients and families about healthy lifestyles, preventive care and managing chronic conditions. She is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and improving access to compassionate, high-quality care in the community.
